test only and i would drop it to 400 then. we want to make the most out of the least possible. that's the best route to go and then you start adding things in as the progress slows over time. first blast that's all you will need man. trust me. pick up some aromasin also if you can to have on standby since you dont know how your estro will respond. it's a just in caser but most likely you wont need it. better safe than sorry though
