I use to love everybody question me watching me push a ton of water the last week and even 3 gallons the day before a show while weighing in on Friday. During my test runs I could cut water at bed time and my body weight would be 14lbs less the next morning every time. One time I started loading and stuffed myself with Little Debbie snake cakes to I couldnt eat anymore, waiting a hour and ate more. Walked in pre judging still flat and started eating fast food chesseburgers I bought the night before. I was full as fuck!

seems like our bodies run or ran in the past the exact same way. nothing funnier than rolling into weigh ins with a jug of water. man the looks of crazy you get. never done the cheese burger thing because of my guts but snack cakes and enough sodium to kill an elephant. i have seen it though. one of the supers i did states with many years ago used to carry a cooler full of them and he would take one out about every 10 mins and eat it, all the way up to prejudging. he must of had like 50 of them in there haha

This is just common sense if you never used a certain diuretic before the week before your contest is not the right time to test it out. Use it a month or two before and see how you handle it, how it affects you and then make a decision if it's a good idea to use it for your contest

Giving answers to these questions is like shooting at a target in the dark. Do not know anything about the person, does he tend to hold water or not. With diuretics there never really is a plan going in. Your people just monitor you. If they think your holding too much water you react accordingly.

it's out there and pretty easy to come by. it's not a controlled substance so you can use an overseas pharm with no issues

Because I did a few trial runs I knew I would keep pissing for the next 8-10 hours. I starting loading on high fats, simple carbs and salts around midnight. 30 min before pre judging I still couldn't fill out so I drank 2oz of water every 5 mins until the pump came back.

Guess what I am saying if you spend months getting ready do a few trial runs, get the timing down and for god sake don't follow advice that worked for somebody else. diuretics like slin are nothing to play with and reason I don't give advice on how to use

      Good luck
Shit hes right! Always test out whatever diuretic youre planning on using to see how your body reacts to it.
DO NOT USE A DIURETIC FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU COMPETE, THATS JUST INSANE.
