At some point your body gets so saturated with gear that it will probably stop responding to high doses, even low doses of Anabolics. Even tho I hate coming off, I know its necessary to do so in order for the body to clean/clear out and be able to respond better on the next cycle.
I know most guys hate coming off, but what if you at least taper down the amount of gear being taken for at least a month or so, so that on the next run it will respond better? I think thats prob the best thing to do. Keep the body guessing.
At some point it depends on the person and what they choose to do.

if all i can lift is a penny tied to a string tied to a finger ill be blasting to make it the strongest, most massive finger i can possibly make it. Spot injecting the pinky bro.
