i like to keep more consistent blood levels so i like over lap when possible. you can get by with a m w f approach as long as you dont have any issues with a little drop from the 2 day break. what i have done in the past with eod stuff is go m w f and then sund tues thurs sat mon and so on. as long as you can keep it rocking and feeling good it really shouldnt matter to much. i do like to only have to do inj 2x per week myself though when cruising or on lower levels.
