TweetWord! I just did this myself. Perfect blood profile and I thank that primarily to my Nutrabullet. I was one a year+ blast/cruise and had to rehab some surgeries. Realignment of your blood is critical in dialing back gear when workouts depart later in life. Blood is key: put beetroot in your smoothies/protein shakes. Read up on healthy blood and it helps tremendously as your levels even back out.
