TweetI always like to come in cut for summer.
My bf getting low atm and holding muscle.
I always do a lean bulk while prepping for CUT.
I come in for CUT stack I use around 9%
Then I start leaning more!!
I clean diet by mirror and I use HIIT!!
I don't do reg type cardio much as I am very active but I get plenty cardio thru HIIT
And I get conditioned to have rest peroids by switching muscles in circuit if 3 burst sets at time total of 4-5 sets per 3 movements and move to next intensity circuit.
I do this for 50-75 minutes and work smaller muscles with larger only to give larger a rest but also keep heart rate up!!!
I may share some of my results with u guys as I am on road to 5-6% but Gotta diet better as I am at high intensity to burn more than in!!
Lol!! Kids have snacks and I think I sleep walk!!

I always counter with bad weight and water when I switch to Cut Stack.
That's cleared but I am flat ATM!

Last week got 5 HIIT workouts in.
Took weekend off. Missed Monday got yesterday then had bloat issue with no appetite and gas so off track.
Getting back on track, taking extra 0.5mg Cabasar this week, so 1.5mg total this week. Took Zanatac 150mg cleared up but avoid Anti-acids, diet needs work!!
Using MT2 and Cut blend
Test p, mast p, tren a, primo a, anavar, proviron, t3/t4, hgh, nolva, adex, Cialis
Will start updating and put my doses of everything.
Meals included and workouts.
Last bf% measurement was 8% and 9%
Average of 3 points.

This gastro issue may be from this two and not tren!!
Replacing Proviron with winny 20-30 a day for now.

Adex if needed here and there

Cabar 0.5mg 2x week
T3 45mcg
T4 100mcg
Hgh 5iu a day split

Diet cleaned completely.
No more dirty nothing.
Eggs, cheeses, long carbs minimal, salads , chicken breast, other veggies lean meats and yogurts, nuts and berries
All clean almond butter for energy spoon full when needed!!
Workouts high intensity keeping uoder load and at high cardio output!!
That is what Anadrol is for and Winny to help see that next layer and staff off progest and take Proviron place.
Also using otc hard to find cortisol estro control "ARIMASTANE"

Stopped tren restarted.
Lost bf since issue from not eating much.
Will update in a week.
Cleaned diet been really busy heart surgery with MIL and changing jobs so alot of interviews.
Doing high intensity like it's nothing most workouts.
Gotta get bf lower and will add fullness.
Really ready to cruise but have a date to make for a little deal I committed to.
