I always like to come in cut for summer.
My bf getting low atm and holding muscle.
I always do a lean bulk while prepping for CUT.
I come in for CUT stack I use around 9%
Then I start leaning more!!
I clean diet by mirror and I use HIIT!!
I don't do reg type cardio much as I am very active but I get plenty cardio thru HIIT
And I get conditioned to have rest peroids by switching muscles in circuit if 3 burst sets at time total of 4-5 sets per 3 movements and move to next intensity circuit.
I do this for 50-75 minutes and work smaller muscles with larger only to give larger a rest but also keep heart rate up!!!
I may share some of my results with u guys as I am on road to 5-6% but Gotta diet better as I am at high intensity to burn more than in!!
Lol!! Kids have snacks and I think I sleep walk!!
