Could honestly be a number of factors brotha. I was in a similar place a while back where I felt like I wasn't making any progress at all. I chalked it up to getting older and all the years of poundage and gear I've put my body through. I started bringing everything back a notch and started adding more rest time in my routine. Even took an extra week or so off from the gym to just regroup. When I went back, I noticed a whole new level of results I hadn't seen in a long time. It's like my body just kicked itself back in gear and started responding again. I figured it was the rest. I was just burned out. Beating myself into the ground with everything I was doing and not giving myself any time to rest and recoup. I was even chipping away at my sleep at night for a long while.

Sounds like you've been through a lot more than I have. Could be your body has had enough, but it might also just be something simple like rest. Once I took the time to focus on rest, I came back rejuvenated.
