TweetTaurine helps some with back pumps from AAS.
Tweetdoes anybody else get painful back pumps when doing stuff around the house etc? anybody found anything to do about them?
it seems like when ever I use orals I get painful back pumps when just normal stuff around the house like running the weedeater or the edger the only thing I've found to help them is to lower the dose anybody get this and found another way to get rid of them? right now I am on 50mg's ed of var..
TweetTaurine helps some with back pumps from AAS.
Tweetthanks I will give that a try..
TweetI get them from time to time too, so may also give the taurine a try. Biggest pump pain for me is during the summer when I'm trying to mow, trim and edge the yard. Especially if I'm running dbol. Brutal.
Tweetwhat dk said. start at about 2g and go up or down from there

TweetOnly oral that ever gave me lower back pumps was Dbol. I'd make sure your Var is actually Var.

Tweeti don't think that's necessary. I have had PH's do it to me as well as many AAS orals.
Tweeti trust the person who sold me the var he is a well respected source.
I seem to get them no matter oral I am on var,dbol,a50 and tbol
TweetThat's crazy to me. Never heard of any oral except Dbol doing this. "You learn something new everyday".
I've tried Taurine in the past but didn't do much for cramps or back pumps. I play with sodium and water and lots of stretching which helped some.

Tweetcan you elaborate on the sodium and water approach? Another option for back pumps other than taurine is always welcome buddy.
TweetWell I considered it may be an electrolyte imbalance because I sweat like crazy. Charlie horses in quads and in lats were brutal. Started consuming some Powerade Zero after hard training sessions or anytime I would sweat profusely. Increased my sodium on days I knew I had a had workout (legs or back). Made sure my fluid intake remained high (I have a hard time consuming fluid because I'm always so full from force feeding). And using inversion table first thing in morning and before gym along with lower back stretches laying on floor all aided in helping my lower back pumps and charlie horses. I will still get the charlie horses from time to time then I realize I didn't consume as much sodium or fluid that day due to getting busy with work. Just a few things that worked for me.

TweetI've got some taurine in today and will start that tomorrow morning and see how it goes because I've got some yard work planned this weekend so i'll see how it goes. going to borrow a friends bucket tree truck and trim some trees so I will put it to the test..
I drink a lot of water but your think it could be my salt intake?
any and all info is good
TweetBegin with 2g of Taurine and adjust as needed (guns01) and Powerade Zero + salt tablet + more fluid + back stretching (crazed).
It's a start. If you are going to be trimming trees in a cherry picker you will def be feeling those back pumps.
Let us know how it goes. Back pumps are a b!tch.
Tweeti trimmed 17 cabbage trees today and this stuff worked very well. I started Thursday with 2k mg then I did some more reading and seen others talking about taking up to 10k mg a day so Friday I upped the dose to 3k mg and then this morning I took 3k mg and it worked very well until later in the day my back started getting pumps.. so next time I plan on doing some out door yard work I might take another 3k mg at lunch or something..
end of the day the stuff worked so thank you guys...
