great points.. my hardest thing has been food and sleep.. never thought much about food until I started doing kick boxing and guy I trained with was from Holland and he told me about eating good that's when I felt it first hand. if I ate a crap lunch I trained and felt like crap..i'am getting ready to run another cycle from all of the auctions on here haven't decided what I want to run yet but doing some research on breakfast meals something fast and healthy looking into smoothies..
doing something is better then doing nothing..
