      Between beer and hard liquor, what screws with your cycle the most? I am two weeks in and since I am in college I have the ability to drink every night but I dont. The problem is that my buddies are gettin suspicious that I am not drinking so I figured once every couple weeks I will throw down some liquor. What do you think would screw up my cycle more? Beer or liquor? I would think hard liquor just because all it takes is a few shots, and drinkin beers takes forever. Whats your thoughts on this?

      No offense, but hell, dont let "Peer Pressure" make you hurt your gains bro!!

      Now, If you love to drink and really want to, well then i would say Hard Alcohol. Less Calories and Carb's. Either Take just straight shots, or get some kind of sugar free Drink to mix it with. Better Drunk and Little better for you.... If thats possible.

      IMHO though, just resist the temptation and DON'T DRINK!!

      Tell them you quit drinking, and now just smoke the green tree, and fire one up. Much better IMO if your gonna get f-ed up everyonce in a while than drinking

      I had to avoid the drinks too on my first cycle but this is what i cam to find happens...
      On the occasions that i did booze and drank a few beers i would be fine to eat the next day and even workout
      But on the days i put down the shots forget about it i couldnt focus on my diet at all the next day never mind lift a weight...
      So whatever will throw you off more overall is what i'd avoid...

      If your gonna drink I would have a soht of liquor, ONE SHOT AND THAT'S ALL!!!!!!!!!!! Right before bed or something, and not everynight either. Your liver is processing all the AS in your body and you don't need to add anything else to it. Red wine is a good choice on occasion as well. And no a pint of 20/20 doesn't count either. It's better not to drink at all IMO. SHit burn the bud bro and suck down all the water you can handle. Then when you get the munchies eat good foods, that way you pack on the weight with whole foods and you keep your body hydrated, it works for me.

      I never drink. it makes me break out.......walls. doors. windshields, etc.
      There is no substitute for experience......

      I think either one will mess up your cycle. However, Vodka tends to be the most pure liquor so if you are doing shots, do vodka. Your body can process it faster.

      alchol is alchol so... it doesnt matter what u drink but the calories do so i guess it depends on ur diet.

      If you are on a cycle and you care about ur health then u would quit drinking totally!!! Unless you can afford a liver transplant or wanna even risk kidney failure!! Even rec drugs are gonna fuck ur shit up, inhibit gains and put pressure on all vital organs including robbing ur brain of oxygen cells!! Weed may be your only outlet, just much on steaks instead of chips bro!!!

      thanks a lot guys, its not that I even have an urge to drink. To me, the gains are more important then getting drunk, but if I continue to not drink everyone will think I am on something. I have had people accuse me of not drinking anymore because I am taking shit, and I just say that I am not in the mood but that is getting old. So I figure one night I would drink with the guys and get them off my back.

      I always drank on cycle and only once had even slightly high elevated liver enzymes, I think it is ok to due but over time continuously doing it is not a good factor!

      beer is ok IMO. A miller lite has only 3.2 carbs per bottle. I think having a few beers won't hurt at all.
