Now, If you love to drink and really want to, well then i would say Hard Alcohol. Less Calories and Carb's. Either Take just straight shots, or get some kind of sugar free Drink to mix it with. Better Drunk and Little better for you.... If thats possible.
IMHO though, just resist the temptation and DON'T DRINK!!
