TweetI walked into the gym in 1989 for the first time ever. I had NO concept of what heavy weight meant. Id see guys repping 225, 315, 405 like it was cake. So, I loaded up 95lbs (had no idea it was 95lbs i just picked 2 matching plates) I laid down and lifted the bar.... it came straight down on top of me and crushed me lol!
The gym owner couldnt stop laughing as i laid there helpless. He aid, "do you wanna get big?" i said yes. he said "do you wanna get strong?" i said yes... he said "follow me..." He took me into his office and showed me a bottle of test cyp. I had no clue what it was, how to take it, what it did... nothing.
He said this is test... i had a confused look on my face... he said its steroids.... still confused... he sad you wanna get big and strong? i said hell yes and he said "turn around" lol My first injection.
ive always had low test levels but never knew what that meant until i was older. Now i take it to comepete but i dont use much at all now. I rely on diet, training and cardio as much as possible.

TweetI entered my 1st bodybuilding competition in 1994 and got smoked off the stage by guys who were juicing. I was all natural. It was humbling.
I said this is BS and got my hands on some gear and came back and kicked their ass. Been on the sauce ever since.
TweetI wanted the life style and to compete it's in my blood and heart
