Tweetmost people dont do bloods at all and just guess would be one reason. that's not the only and most likely not what causes most. underlying health issues that are unknown, pushing to hard to long, crap diet and what i think sinks most people is drugs and alcohol on top of what they are doing. that's just my opinion though

TweetI agree. I think a lot of people start with the best intentions, but over time the hassle of getting blood work done regularly kicks in, along with a diet of "I'll start eating cleaner sometime soon". Underlying health issues and genetics probably have a pretty big impact as well.
