Left quad then left glute then right quad then right glute. Repeat every 2 weeks.
And I thought 3cc's was alot for 1 shot!

I have scar tissue everywhere from pinning so much over the years. I pin all 3 heads of delts, two heads of triceps, mid and upper lats, upper pecs, traps, glutes. Some of those areas I use primarily in prep because of the frequent shots. And I found my muscles can't handle as much volume these days so I do less in area's which helps.
Thanks for this FUZO, always good reminder. I mostly hit my quads and glutes. Heard lots of guys talking about shoulders but I still can't figure out how to make that work. Lol, thinking back I had the same thought about by quads. Probably need to take the plunge, literally
