5 or so years ago i would entirely agree with fuzo but now after some research and looking at other approaches i dont agree. we have the old tried and true clen and t3 runs. all good except they hammer the absolute hell out of your heart and are scary dangerous in their own right. we got gh, which costs a damn fortune and takes forever to kick in and causes it's own painful side effects as well. then you have over the counter supps that are normally stim based which in turn are also hammering the hell out of your heart and bp.
now enter in dnp. yes it can and will kill you and yes it is poison so to speak but and a big but is that as long as you are staying hydrated it isnt going to mess up your heart and kidneys. as with anything they all have their risks and rewards to them. with dnp you can start with a medium dose for a couple of days then move to a maint dose for the duration of your run. you sweat like a mad man but it works and works very efficiently. i have used it for one of my preps a couple years back and the fat just melted off with damn near no effort whatsoever. the down side was i wasnt able to load carbs back in entirely and i stayed flat. if i would have timed my run better it would have fared better for me.
i know a ton of people that compete that use it and have completely went away from stims and other things just to keep the heart in better shape. i didnt use it for my last 2 preps because i didnt need to. i was already pretty lean to begin with and i leaned down really easy when i dont get ape shit in the off season. so i used no fat burners other than yohimbine.
you have 2 forms that you can get ahold of. powder and crystaline. crystal is much much more potent and prefered and you will feel it kick i n faster but powder works just as well. it just takes a bit longer to build up. i believe dyel here carries the powder version
what i would say to do for a first run of maybe a month to 6 wks would be start at 400mg for the first 4 days then move down to 200mg for the duration. that is a low low end dose and personally i would never exceed 500 as my high end dose. i just dont see the need to push sommething that is a build up compound. look around and read up on it though. something also to keep in mind with it is the more carbs you eat the more heat you produce and the more you sweat.
