Tweeti saw someone ask about DNP a little bit ago. Does anyone know anyone trustworthy and competent in making this stuff, sponsor would be first choice, reputable source would be second choice. I know it's a big time scary compound that needs to be treated with a healthy dose of respect and not the age old bodybuilding mantra of UP THE DOSE, If one is good ten is better rationale. I've always wanted to run it at least once in my training and see what i got out of it. Thanks in advance for any help. All replies appreciated even ones who hate the stuff. Peace

Tweet5 or so years ago i would entirely agree with fuzo but now after some research and looking at other approaches i dont agree. we have the old tried and true clen and t3 runs. all good except they hammer the absolute hell out of your heart and are scary dangerous in their own right. we got gh, which costs a damn fortune and takes forever to kick in and causes it's own painful side effects as well. then you have over the counter supps that are normally stim based which in turn are also hammering the hell out of your heart and bp.
now enter in dnp. yes it can and will kill you and yes it is poison so to speak but and a big but is that as long as you are staying hydrated it isnt going to mess up your heart and kidneys. as with anything they all have their risks and rewards to them. with dnp you can start with a medium dose for a couple of days then move to a maint dose for the duration of your run. you sweat like a mad man but it works and works very efficiently. i have used it for one of my preps a couple years back and the fat just melted off with damn near no effort whatsoever. the down side was i wasnt able to load carbs back in entirely and i stayed flat. if i would have timed my run better it would have fared better for me.
i know a ton of people that compete that use it and have completely went away from stims and other things just to keep the heart in better shape. i didnt use it for my last 2 preps because i didnt need to. i was already pretty lean to begin with and i leaned down really easy when i dont get ape shit in the off season. so i used no fat burners other than yohimbine.
you have 2 forms that you can get ahold of. powder and crystaline. crystal is much much more potent and prefered and you will feel it kick i n faster but powder works just as well. it just takes a bit longer to build up. i believe dyel here carries the powder version
what i would say to do for a first run of maybe a month to 6 wks would be start at 400mg for the first 4 days then move down to 200mg for the duration. that is a low low end dose and personally i would never exceed 500 as my high end dose. i just dont see the need to push sommething that is a build up compound. look around and read up on it though. something also to keep in mind with it is the more carbs you eat the more heat you produce and the more you sweat.

TweetIve ran DNP. I felt like i had ran all night long. I would wake up feeling more sleepier than before i went to bed. Sweated all night long, had to change sheets daily. Just not worth it IMO. Id rather diet harder and do more cardio.

TweetI have used it several times in the last couple years and IMO I am with guns. I am worried about my heart on clen and other stims. I like DNP and feel it can be used safely. Stay hydrated, plenty of antioxidants (a,c,e,coQ10) and some others I cant think of off the top of my head. I know several guys that use 200mg - 250mg a day for 30 days. As with anything we use it has its drawbacks but I have some waiting and will run it again in Jan.

A very quality dnp.i have used it many times in 20 years ,it's not the drug that is the biggest risk ,it's the user.most peeople just take the capsules and expect overnight results then they up there dose to a crazy dose and get sick or die.
Dnp can be used safley ,if the user does there research and are patient with results,it took about 5 days for me to feel the heat and about day 8 I started dropping body fat,I will say the most important part of using dnp is to stay hydrated,dnp will wear u out make you tired and pulls water out of you like crazy ,if the body heat gets high I know to drink some power ade,or water.
