TweetI'm not completely sure if pre workouts mess with the prostate , I did notice that myself , now that you say it , almost like the stream wasn't as strong as it used to. Plus I did notice that I would get shakes after working out and first thing in the morning. So I've stopped using pre workouts going 3 weeks now and it's been an improvement !!!
Have you thought about taking prostate support ? What type of issues are you having bro ?
