TweetWhen I first started using Anabolics , I pinned after I trained because I had to drive to my cousins house to let her pin my gear . I just didn't know or even want to pin Gear myself !!!

TweetI usually pin in the evenings after I shower, so after training for me. I used to pin first thing in the morning, but for some reason evenings has just become more convenient lol. I typically won't pin the muscle I trained that day though. For instance, if I trained shoulders I won't pin my delts. Might just be in my head, but seems like pinning the muscle I trained increases my post injections soreness.
TweetI have been going back and forth on when i pin for fuckin years man lol. I did a couple years in the morning and lifting at night, did some years spot inj prewo, did some years spot inj post wo, and as of now im spot inj prewo again except its a few hours prewo. All I can tell you for sure in my case is this ... What I will be doing in a year, 6 months, 1 month, next week, tomorrow ... i dont have a fuckin clue man lol

TweetAll I'm saying is now that I just have my routine , I prefer to pin before I train !!! It just gives me that extra boost I need , whether it's a mind thing or not , I feel the aggression increase pre workout !!!

Tweetmy latest routine ive been consistent with is getting it all in the muscles im going to be isolating that day (example shoulder day ill hit side delts and front delts) about 1 hour pre wo along with my growth subq abdominal area. getting tough to pinch that area so i got to split up the dose into 2x .5ml instead of 1x 1ml so i dont get a bubble under the skin. i work out at the same time so my pinning is same time ed. but like i said before ive tried lots of different ways to go about it. ive stuck with this for a while now.
Tweeti think that for some people, doing it the way you are gives them a mental boost and maybe even a little additional placebo effect kind of. they get that little extra push pinning a bit before training as well as hitting the muscle being trained. i used to do that myself a little while back myself because i felt like it helped get the oil moved out of the area faster and more effectively. now i just rotate on my regular sched at the same time which usually is an hour or so pre workout as well

TweetI rotate spots all the time . I thought about pinning the area that was being trained that day , but that didn't last long so just a normal rotation of areas works for me !!!
