TweetYeah well this mama needs the pillow top for her bad hips. How about we replace the king with bunkbeds?

Tweeti installed a ceiling fan above the bed and keep the AC on 69. I am hot natured as well but this helps a lot.
TweetMan I sweat all the time too and get hot especially when I sleep. I always have my ceiling fan and an additional box fan going when I go to bed. Also, like Dethklok mentioned, those memory foam mattresses seem to make me sweat like crazy.
Tweetlower that tren dose! haha
anytime im on any aas i sweat at night. low doses are much better for that so its probably what youre running..
TweetIf your bed is memory foam it is known to hold heat as it is dense and does not allow heat to pass through. Try sleeping on the couch or another bed and see if you still sweat.
Also not eating carbs after 6pm can help a lot.
TweetNight sweats are a sign of overtraining according to my coach, except if you are using Tren then that is the culprit...how often do you have rest days? Also try not eating any carbs before bed...
Tweetthis was my response to fuzo man haha and fuzo doesnt ever use tren. as for over training i damn sure dont buy it because if that was the case i would be in an constant over trained state and never make any progress because i sweat probably worse than anyone on this planet. my coach says it is my body working effectively because i am never running about 87.7 in the am

TweetALL NIGHT here too. I keep the window open mid winter 30s whatever. I used to use a fan too but the compromise was the window.
TweetFuzo hasnt used tren in a long time. I have a pretty good idea why he is sweating but who listens to the wife? lol

TweetCould be eating to close to bed time. Raising your body temperature. This is a culprit for sure with me , especially if it is loaded with carbs. also causes for a less solid sleep. I constantly toss and turn , also constantly up because im hot , sweaty, and thirsty!
TweetI sweat no matter what the weather is, no matter on or off gear. I've been like that for as long as I can remember. It'll be 15deg outside and I'll be soaked underneath everything.

TweetThat's so funny. When I was a little girl I noticed that my Grandparents had what looked like a king bed but was actually 2 singles with single sheets for each side.
