TweetI do believe that I take things different when I am on a blast and have more feeling. Some times my feelings get hurt and I get mad or happy over things that I would not even notice other wise. I don't Blast during the holidays. I have a great wife who works with me. I get excited the first day of a blast and so happy the last day that it is over. I think it is important that you keep a log during a blast so you can refer back to it.

At 18 I made sure I ate at least 3 times a day and ...... Somethings were always hard to take of.
