      Wazup guys,

Been awhile since ive been on the site! I came off everything about a month ago and im my pct right now. Really im only doing hcg/nolva and because ive been so busy and i also got engaged! Ive missed quite a few gym days and my eating hasnt been like it should. My wedding is next october and we're immediately going to try to have a child ill have to come off gear again. Im thinking i should just stay on hrt dose and hit it hard again in a couple of months. I had bridged my last two cycles and being off just totally sucks. Should I just bridge again or come off totally?

well if you are going to come off then get rid of that hcg. it is only going to delay the process of your test coming back if it ever does anyway. i am pretty sure you are already in your 30s so it is possible you may not bounce back either way. get rid of that damn hcg as a starter. run your clomid and nolva and then get blood work done. also keep in mind that low dose hrt to bring you around to where you natural levels isnt going to stop you from having kids. hell super heavy and hard cycles wont either. trust me on that one cause more than a few of us have knocked up our mrs while in theory it shouldnt have happened. so for starters you should run your pct protocol without the hcg. then have bloods done as well as a sperm count done. then go from there. if you bounce back then stay off. if not then you need a endo to help you along

      Congrats on the engagement bro.

Like guns said, get your blood work done once your finished with your protocol and then you'll know where you are and can base your next decision off of that. You may end up on the good side of normal and not even need hrt. If you do need hrt, trust me you can still get your wife pregnant providing your sperm count is normal. Many friends of mine have conceived while on. Some on heavier cycles too. You'll have a better idea of that if you get your sperm count checked though, but typically hrt to keep your levels on the good side of normal probably won't hinder that.

unless you are using it to boost your sperm count then ditch it. it isnt going to do dick to get your test production back up. that's what the clomid is for. i would also add in tamox in lieu of nolvadex as well if possible. most people get and see better results with tamox
