for endurance based events i always rolled with:

eq at 4-600mg wk
npp 500wk
test c 600mg wk
gh 3ius

now the tricky part with using this stuff for endurance events is to use the elevated rbc to help transport blood and oxygen much better. if you dont time it correctly then it is going to give you the opposite effect. i got it down to a science for pt testing. if i could land it around the 8wk mark, i was absolutely solid. if it went 2 wks over it screwed me out big time. anything that makes you pump up faster def is going to be very detremental to almost any athletic performance
