You will encounter more things as you age so don't drive yourself nuts. Its good to be informed and to check things out. If you keep doing that you will think you have a fatal illness or something all the time

Got home a few hours ago. Wife drove me all over as I was feeling completely inadequate to drive. 36 hours of no sleep.

They suspect it is benign muscle twitches caused by resistance training. Once they ask to take my shirt off its obvious I weight train so it was easy for him to
Make the connection. He asked me a few questions that your little sister would ask you, he was a dumbbass. I was in urgent care and he was asking me elementary questions about my life. He just said well I doubt it's ALS or muscular distrophy, he said I'd give that a 99.99% chance of never happening in your life.

He said your dehydrated for sure, my mineral count was okay he said. Didn't say great he said it was just fine and not to worry.

I drank easily over a gallon today and a liter of that electrolyte water they sell at Walgreens. Yucks.

Anyways the twitches now come and go every little while, instead of every single second. For 24 hours it was rapid and no stopping at all. Really freaked me out

He has me on a good dosed tranquilizer for sleeping and when my anxiety goes bonkers. Which is does.

Why can't I just think reasonably about my own health.

Maybe it's my bride being pregnant. This is without question the best season of my life, nothing could be better honestly but since my sons very close to
Pooping out I have thought about life and death a lot more lately! I just want to be as healthy as possible. I wanna watch my hero grow up and make a difference here. But ultimately he chooses not me, anyways my meds got me rambling. Send a prayer for those of you that do, and send a thought for those of you that are uncomfortable praying! No matter what way you look at this, he small world of FG ties us together, and I couldn't be happier knowing we're all in this together.

Ok my wife is literally making me go eat my 6th meal right now.

Any encouraging words would be a godsend at this point.

      Love y'all

Everyone gets muscle twitches we all live a very active lifestyle, so these twitches or muscle spasms whatever you want to call them are nothing new to us. We know about them we've experienced them and we know most of the time they are benign.

This experience differentiated from all the other experiences that I listed above. I started with a slight twitch in my left eye, this is pretty normal for the most part we've all had this happen usually when you get tired. Couple days later I started to get a twitch in my left shoulder and it was rapid here and there but was gone in roughly maybe an hour 45 minutes. Well about three or four days later all-around I'm fighting this horrible cold this terrible virus I'm coughing and wheezing and getting dehydrated while continuing to train legs and chest and triceps. Energy wasn't bad, wasn't great, but I could train pain free and that's i wanted.

I think this ran my CNS in the dirt. Only answer I got z

I'm freaking exploding on blast!! Easily
The best cycle to date. Only test and npp dosed perfectly. Love it, except it makes me left BICEP twitch!!! Hah

Holy crap man ive never had something like that. Ive had a twitch last 24 hours of straight twitching and yea its had me concerned but it never lasted longer than that. Id take vit c, potassium and magnesium if i had any, normally i just try to ignore it. Im surprised you cant sleep though.. It sounds like its completely controlling your thoughts.

what did they give you to calm down? Nothing over the counter helps with sleep for me. A low dose of ambien works amazing for me. 2-5MG works great.
