I got my Blood work back and in all my years my red blood cell count the Hemoglobin and Hemocrit were elevated but years using it I have developed heavy breathing No cardio shortness of breathe and I did gain good solid muscle t and did acheive my goal of 520lb Bench. So Im almost 50 and now its time to take care of my health. The doc freaked out and wanted to admit me.Im going to Die and Going to have a heart attack Im going to have a stroke. Ive been on Prop and EQ for a very long time.Ive added a oral here for awhile changed it up to a different oral.Well I threw my half full vial of EQ in the garbage and wont ever be using EQ again. So I called a good friend with a lot of knowledge GUNS01 and Guns suggested Masteron Ace to replace the EQ So I was doing about 900mg of EQ a week with 100mg of prop every day. So I will continue to do Prop everyday and add Masteron ace 600-800 a week.I'm going to have my guy make me a 150mg and a 200mg masteron ace to see how well I will feel if there is any pip.. So its a new day for me I will be losing weight going from 270 to hopefully 240 and still keep 75% of my strength.I know Mentally it will be tough but I know I can do it.I have achieved my goals and now almost 50 maybe its time to start Bodybuilding. But have to get those red blood cell counts down majorly

I'm sorry to hear this brotha but you are making the right call for obvious reasons. And hell, 240 is nothing to shake a stick at. Be proud of your accomplishments. You have achieved what many cannot.

You're doing the right thing brother. It's a new day and a new beginning to be a healthier you. Change is always hard, especially in our world but I think you'll feel a lot better and really like the switch to masteron ace. You're still gonna be a monster at a good solid 240. Being a bit leaner, you'll probably appear a lot bigger.

You're definitely making the right move. Health is always number one, especially as we get older. I'm working on being a healthier me as well, so I'm in your corner brotha. You can do it!

I let Fuzo be when it comes to his training and love for what he does, however, I am coming down hard now. I am not a worrier anymorebut reality is kicking in and my daughter, and I, need him around. Looking forward to him fitting in the bathtub again, lol.
Oh, and for the record, this cycle change will be most rough for me not him. I a exhausted just thinking about it

It's tough to change when we have to not because we want to. Embrace it FUZO and set a new goal. Get lean and mean and I have a feeling you will love it. I know you will get that blood squared away. Use this opportunity to try something different. Good luck man.

Right call brother....I'm 53 and my RBC is creeping up also. I don't know if you can increase frequency of donating blood. Maybe thru Drs orders until they come down a tad. (My case right now. I'm FDA banned from donating because I served overseas).
I'm struggling with the same issues, that's why I stayed away from EQ.

Keep ya chin up, bud....you're still a beast at 240-250

Fuzo has high iron in his blood so they wont take the donation.

Maybe his Dr can authorize 'therapeutic phlebotomy' ...where they draw a pint and discard it. Frequency determined by routine blood work.
      I'm doing that now....
It's sad that I would bleed for my country but now I gotta pay to discard it to live healthy. ...geez...lol...

I believe that's the clinical term. At my local hospital, I go to the 'infusion center' to get it done.

The high iron is hemochromatosis or something like that. Diet plays a big part of that.

been down that road years ago 2x a week for weeks. The problem needs to be addressed, and that is changing up the regimen. Thanks for the help, much appreciated. With the HCT being 60 and HMG at 20, the numbers need to get down
