We usually are always worried about E2 being too high especially on cycle and during pct. But let me tell you, if it gets too low its just as bad if not worse.

I had never really gave letro a try. My curiosity got the better of me and I experimented with it lately. I only took about .5 mg a day, its liquid dosed right but still I think liquids are harder to be exact that tabs.

I dryed out and looked great. I been eating pretty clean other than the hoildays and cheat meals. I dont have good abs from haveing surgeries before, but i had shoulder/chest striations just standing around.

The bad part is letro crashed my E2 so bad. I couldnt even lift for a week after stopping it bc my joints hurt so much constantly and it completely killed my sex drive. I bounced back quick but I didnt even think of anything sexual for about two weeks to the point I was about to just go the doc over it.

I should have been sticking to what I knew works fore me, but at least I knew the problem and how to fix it.

My point is this is something that should be taken into consideration as well even if its not as common as high E2.

that's just the external damage you can feel animal. crushing your estro can also cause cardiovascular issues and a host of other problems. that's why (other than you need estro to grow) i always say, dont use it to control water or for any other reason than needing it. throwing extra stuff in just in case is a horrible decision imho

You are completely right and trust me I'll never go through that again. That was a horrible experience, I dont want anyone to have to go through that.

Aromsin is what works for me and what i'll use. I know better, Idk what I was thinking. Just trying to push things too much I guess.

I keep letro on hand but never use it. I rarely use anything. If I do a little nolvadex and maybe aromasin

Guns warned Trixie about crashing her estrogen and she tried anyway because she wanted to lose weight. Well after about 2 weeks she started looking a lot older. She headed to Guns warning and stopped thank God.

That is the great thing about being in this family.

Thanks for the info. I have used letro at .25 a day for years now. Never had any issues myself, but now I'm afraid to use something else because of this lol

letro is by far the strongest and fastest imho at destroying out your estro completely. if you are just above normal, it will shut you down with a quickness lol. now if your estro is through the roof it would bring it under control much faster with no issues. me personally i would opt for aromisin over any other choice because it works for one (in the majority of people), and it doesnt hammer your lipids and actually helps them a bit. dex and letro both will crush lipids and estro out pretty good

I get blood work done at least once a month so if something goes wrong its easy to fix, but i dont advise useing letro unless thats all that works for you. Like guns says, I think armoasin is the best choice, if that don't work try adex and leave letro for last.

yes you can. but the cool thing about these meds is that they arent controlled at all. so you can literally order them from overseas and have no customs risk at all. having to order from overseas does suck but unlike overseas you cant just walk into the pharm here and buy something that isnt controlled without a script. so in other words pharm grade anti e is very easy to come by man
