3 CCs in the delt

Tweet2 days ago...now theres a funky blob of soreness about an inch below where I shot it lol its happened before so Im not going to freak out... Maybe I should have gone ass with that amount but I usually do 3 ccs minimum up to 5 ccs

TweetI am going to guess it is your side delt. I pin every muscle (and i pin em all) with 22g 1.5" 3cc of compound except calves and forearms. since it has been 2 days I recommend isolating your side delt your next workout. if that does not relieve the pressure and 5 more days pass i personally would aspirate with a 20g 1.5" and get whatever is causing the discomfort out. it may be slushy blood, or it may be dreaded gold. either way it should give you relief.

TweetI've been pinning delts lately. 2cc, my last shot was the same thing as you. I've just been using the heating pad a couple times a day and moving it and flexing it even though it hurts.
Chances are 3cc was just to much and the muscle basically pushed out the oil and it's sitting in between the muscles. I always freak out when shit like this happens. I had pain, a bump and redness and some heat about an inch away from the injection site. The heating pad helped. It got better everyday it's almost baxk at 100%, took abiut 5 days unforntly.

TweetYea this happened to me on my quad where i started moving the needle to different areas and it sat btwn the muscle and it took atleast five days to go away. I cant do anything over 2cc in the delts because i get that dull pain afterwards and it sucks. I never hit them before a shoulder workout either.

TweetZone, you are one crazy mofo lol...I pin more than 1cc or maybe 1.5 into my side delt it starts to get really sore! I can't believe how many people do 3cc's! I used to try prop in there and it killed...maybe it was just that particular blend though

TweetDelts are my go to pin spot , 2 - 3 cc's into the delt with a 25g x5/8 pin works very well.
