I pin every muscle (and i pin em all) with 22g 1.5" 3cc of compound except calves and forearms. since it has been 2 days I recommend isolating your side delt your next workout. if that does not relieve the pressure and 5 more days pass i personally would aspirate with a 20g 1.5" and get whatever is causing the discomfort out. it may be slushy blood, or it may be dreaded gold. either way it should give you relief.
