Tweetgoogle up actual research papers(not from companies selling it) milk thistle is absolutely positively worthless and does nothing but drain your wallet. tudca nac and ala or proven products with research backing their effectiveness. milk thistle on the other hand is shown not to do anything

TweetCheck out organ sheild by purus labs. I like using it and a handful of competitors by me like and use it.
TweetI was reading another board about the toxicity of Anadrol. Are there Medical finding the show that it is indeed very toxic?
TweetAnadrol, as many other orals is 17-Alpha-Alkylated. This allows it to survive the first pass through your liver without being destroyed and also what makes it hepatotoxic. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend running it any longer than 6 weeks. I also agree with Guns on the Tudca and ALA. Definitely want to stay preventative with your liver supplementation.
TweetGotcha, yea I ordered some NAC/Tudca yesterday..
Vascularity/graininess is getting sick from drol, today starts day five.
TweetUpdate on this drol.
Strength has gone up, nothing crazy.
Hunger/appetite has gone up.
Visually i dont see any gains.
Major heartburn.
Im starting week two right now.
TweetThat's good your appetite is still going strong. Drol usually kicks my appetite in the dirt.
TweetHmmm...I wonder if it would be worth it to run drol during my cut - I am hungry too often due to the caloric deficit.
TweetWhat is ALA? I know what NAC and TUDCA are.
TweetI weighed last night and im up 11lbs. 10mg nolva everday due to still having slight soreness in nipples.
TweetALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid, which is an antioxidant that can be used to help protect the liver. It binds to free radicals and can help protect cellular structures in the liver. It's also known to boost glutathione which helps dissolve toxic substances in the liver. It can also help restore liver enzymes back to normal.
TweetGoing to have to snag some of that then. Thanks!
