TweetI'm posting this to get some feedback from some competitors on here as Iv never competed big I have ran all these compounds before besides anavar. Here we go.
July 14 I blv is the comp so about 7 months away.
Starting with my bulk Monday the 14th.
Test E 1G 20wks
Deca 600mg-15wks
Dbol 50mg-6wks
Last 8wks
BLEND: 4x a week
Test p 100mg
Tren a 100mg
Mast p 100mg
Anavar 100mg
Halo 30-40mg

TweetOnly competed once but I ran aromasin the entire way and added in letro and winny the final two weeks. I would drop the test a few weeks out. Ran a potassium sparing diuretic for about 10 days prior. What's your water flush plan?

Tweeti am going to make it as plain and simple going to lay it out for you physique style and remember this is physique and not bodybuilding. we dont want super dry hard grainy look. we want super lean but not grainy. your offseason is whatever you want man just make sure you taper the dose back down to maint for at least 4-6 wks before firing up your prep. here is what i would do if i was working with you (again keep in mind physique not bodybuilding)
test(doesnt matter) until 6wks out 1g
mast p 500 mg a wk (last 6wks bump up to 6-700 if you are comfortable)
tren a 500mg wk (same as mast)
100mg var for the duration
1mg ed or eod dex (this should be plenty to dry you out)
.5mg caber 2x per wk (keep this on hand just in case prolactin acts up or you can toss it in the last 4wks just to make sure you are good)
again, this is still a pretty hefty run for physique and you have to be able to look in the mirror and say damn i am getting to hard and grainy and cut back. you are wanting that straight off the beach pretty and lean look that is attainable to anyone.
the reason we drop test out is to make sure their is no chance of holding excess water. that's the mindset behind that and with the other compounds you should damn near hold every once of muscle you are packing

Tweetlet me run another spin off that post above. 1- you are getting ready to step on stage so that's why i suggest a bit higher dosing on the products 2- you are going to be cutting your test off which another reason for the climb 3- we want to win and put a shit ton of hard work time effort and sacrifice into getting on stage so it isnt just about compounds and dosing. i also added in in case anyone missed it, if you are comfortable with those doses. if you are or have never run the compounds before you want to start off much lower and ramp up as you go. your body will tell you pretty quickly with those fast acting esters if it is going to play nice or not. if it doesnt then cut it back or drop and replace. each individual is different and we have to play around to see what is and isnt good. hell you may be someone that doesnt bloat on test but do on mast or tren. you never know until you test out the waters and see what your body does

TweetMan guys thanks so much for the feedback! Yeah guns I really only bloat on deca and dbol very mildly on test. I will defiantly be taking your advice guns as your very intelligent at this and I refuse to look like the guy that didn't come prepared. I have a lot of weight I gotta put on I'm the next seven months so it's gonna be ballZ to wallz starting Monday. Thanks for all the support fellas means a lot!
