i am going to make it as plain and simple going to lay it out for you physique style and remember this is physique and not bodybuilding. we dont want super dry hard grainy look. we want super lean but not grainy. your offseason is whatever you want man just make sure you taper the dose back down to maint for at least 4-6 wks before firing up your prep. here is what i would do if i was working with you (again keep in mind physique not bodybuilding)
test(doesnt matter) until 6wks out 1g
mast p 500 mg a wk (last 6wks bump up to 6-700 if you are comfortable)
tren a 500mg wk (same as mast)
100mg var for the duration
1mg ed or eod dex (this should be plenty to dry you out)
.5mg caber 2x per wk (keep this on hand just in case prolactin acts up or you can toss it in the last 4wks just to make sure you are good)
again, this is still a pretty hefty run for physique and you have to be able to look in the mirror and say damn i am getting to hard and grainy and cut back. you are wanting that straight off the beach pretty and lean look that is attainable to anyone.
the reason we drop test out is to make sure their is no chance of holding excess water. that's the mindset behind that and with the other compounds you should damn near hold every once of muscle you are packing
