I will never ever again pin a calf....I was walking wrong for a week....
TweetCalfs never did and never will . Too much going on down there .
Like shoulders , thighs ,Chest . Do gluts but hard to reach around .
TweetPlaced like calves, chest, bi's/tri's you can use slin pin and do just 1/2cc. That works for me and doesn't hurt at all.

TweetFor the past three years I have pinned quads almost exclusively. I have been saving my ass for a rainy day I will pin delts, quads, and glutes. Delts are my least favorite because those damn things always bleed.

TweetI used to hate pinning Quads , but not anymore !!!
I pin Quads, Glutes, Lats, Delts, Tri's, Chest ( just a few times ), felt weird but I'll pin them fuck it .
Haven't and will not do Calves or Bi's !!! I just think those muscles are SO tender that it'll put me out of commission !!!
Need to pin-point the Ventrogluteal spot , heard that's the best place to pin , no pain what so ever !!!
And I'll even try Traps , if I can reach them good !!
