TweetCouple things I do to slow the hunger pains is to drink 8-16 oz water before eating and putting a little lemon in the water. Idk if it s true but lemon is supposed aid in digestion. Also when I'm on low carb I like to add in some coconut oil as a healthy fat. This really helps me to feel full and not be hungry 30 min after eating. you definitely need to calculate the fat and carb macros if you do this.
