TweetI just got out of a slump after being sicker than I have been in decades (took me a month until I felt more or less human again). I slowly eased myself back into it. Two days for the first week, four days the second week, then all five days the third week with two days of cardio. Now I am back to five days a week with four days of cardio.
The slowly return method seemed to work best for me. Good topic.
