Re: Long Cycle Recovery Blues..
i hate to be the bearer of bad news man but if you are over 28 then most likely you running a pct is pretty much just peeing into the wind. you can try it and have bloods done but even with no aas use most men's levels begin to decline after 26-28ish. so by you choosing to hit the supplements up, most likely you wont bounce back. dont hold me to that without proper blood work and a good pct but i am being realist with you here. now with that said, if you do run that proper pct and have bloods and dont bounce back, then during your off time only run the amount of test needed to keep you in optimal range not more. that way you are actually giving your body the break that it needs.
how do you cope with coming off? that's a different battle for everyone. biggest things i have done in the past are: keep diet in check 100% with no deviation whatsoever, train as hard as your body will allow and still recover (that could mean only being able to go 3-4 days per wk for some) and dont chase the damn numbers. dont compare what you are currently doing with what you were doing while on. your not a power lifter so numbers dont matter. chase that pump and the feel and dont worry about everything else. i will harp one more time on optimal hormone levels again. keep the estro in check for the duration of your pct and off period. that will help you out big time
