Lower Pec fat
TweetDrives me crazy, that little bit of fat just below the nipple. I have squared pec but that little dip of fat gives a sagging look. I've had gyno surgery so I know it's not the gland and there is no hard mass.Does this require lipo surgery or will it minimize when I hit a competition body fat / 6%.

TweetI believe everybody gets some fat there but it seems to go away the leaner you get. I think you have to get to at least single digit bf for it to go completely away. I wouldnt worry about it too much.

TweetYes, just get leaner before you worry about it. Ive had some fat there and was kind of freaked out about it, but then as I got lean, it disappeared and everything tightened up
