TweetI learned awhile ago that a person needs to grow into their cycles. The bigger the cycle does not not always mean better results. It often means bigger sides.
TweetDue to my red blood cell count with the Eq I take was high I went down 400mg per week of the EQ still do the prop every other day and addd NPP 300mg a week so
600mg EQ A WEEK
PROP 100MG EOD
300MG OF NPP A WEEK
I can breathe better already and by adding the Npp my strength actually went up.So lets all get blood work stay healthy and we don't have to take a shit load of gear to get big and strong just know the right ones to take, eat right and you can still get to your goals. . I see now my training got me even stronger, sure the gear will help but how you train also will help your gains. More GEAR isn't always better .

Tweetthere ya go!
TweetAlways use the smallest amount of gear needed. If you start with to much where you going to be in 5 years. Doses go up over time so be smart people. I've been at this over 30 years and I'm still on. Just my 2 cents.
TweetI like the new cycle bro
TweetI agree about blood work. I used to never get it done then I went to my dr and she had me get some and I found out my cholesterol was way high.. then a few years later I was on some winny and did some blood work and found out my liver was out of wack.. got off the winny and never went back on it.. I think blood work is something we all over look.. now I get it done twice a year
