Due to my red blood cell count with the Eq I take was high I went down 400mg per week of the EQ still do the prop every other day and addd NPP 300mg a week so

600mg EQ A WEEK
PROP 100MG EOD
300MG OF NPP A WEEK


I can breathe better already and by adding the Npp my strength actually went up.So lets all get blood work stay healthy and we don't have to take a shit load of gear to get big and strong just know the right ones to take,eat right and you can still get to your goals. . I see now my training got me even stronger,sure the gear will help but how you train also will help your gains. More GEAR isn't always better .
