i already posted up my stats but stats really arent so much as important as knowledge and experience are. i will toss this one at you also and everyone else following along. i used an ifbb pro as a coach for a full year from 2011-2012. he had me run bare bones basic cycles for the duration of the offseason. 600 test enth and 300 deca 200 mast enth(no clue what the mast was for). that was for the duration with a handful of peps and a smidge of some gh. i ate 6lbs of beef per day or 4lbs of beef and 2lbs of shrimp, 1lb of sweet potatoes and then 200g worht of baby food oats along with 2 secret shakes he made up. i went from a show weight of 240lbs( i dropped down to 230 during my break) to 286lbs at 10% in only 5 months. now prepping with him was a lot different cause we did push the edge hard to hold max muscle and get as lean as possilbe. the biggest thing that i learned from that dude was contrary to popular belief, your gains dont come from compounds and supplements, it all comes down to eating the right foods in the right amounts at the right times. he says food is the most anabolic substance on the planet
