      So after starting it out the wrong way which I wanted to just to see how my body and blood pressure and anxiety would react.I did day 15mg-10mg-15mg-20mg-25mg-30mg and stayed there for almost 4 weeks and I have to say Halo is excellent.The strength gains were awesome the feeling while your on it before yu workout was intense.So in another 3-4 mnths ill use it again and start out at 40mg from day 1 and see how well it does after 3 weeks

      so all at once this time or you going to spread it out over a short period of time again?
