TweetLooking to hear from some long term hgh users. For example, someone who's been on for several years continuously.
1.) Pharm or generic?
2.) How many iu's/day?
3.) Positive effects noticed
4.) negative effects noticed
5.) Game changer?
I'm going to start somenext month at 5iu's/day and eventually work up to 10iu/day. Hoping to keep it going for a while...at least a year. First hgh run so I'd like to know what to ecpect early on...and later in the cycle.

TweetI ran HGH pretty solidly and consistently for over a year and a half. Just my two cents but if this is your first time I would start low at 2 IU a day and start bumping up by either 1/2 to 1 IU every month. The majority of my side effects came in the form of wicked carpal tunnel syndrome that I got from increasing my dose too high too quickly. Also experienced some pretty significant joint pain those first couple of months I was on. Biggest positive side effects I noticed was fat loss and just a very slow steady positive increase in the appearance of my physique overtime.
