Well, I added some slin while cutting in the last few weeks. No AS. I am stopping it after only 2 weeks use because that shit will make you add fat QUICK. I wouldn't eat any fat, but it still made me add fat.

Just don't over do it on the carbs. I think the 10 grams of carbs per 1 iu of slin is a good place to start but most won't need that many carbs.

ah well if you have a script to it then thats better. But...in my experince the appetite supression wore off in 2 weeks, and 10mg didnt do jack, 30mg of XR is much better but its affect still wears off in 6 weeks or so.

if u want to increase endo gh release , even clonidine helps there , still dont really like the idea of captopril as yohimbine works better for most and i dont like the idea of low bp as slightly higher bp is only helpful for steroid users , and btw even t3 downregulates a2 receptors (1)

and i really dont think slin is a good idea, maybe a high carb day where ure at like 200 gms protein and rest all is carbs , that day u can do 3 shots of 5 iu each of humalog, that should suit ur needs best .

i like it so far. id add few others possibly. the slin is a good idea imo, you know how to use it, it will help you cause i assume your just gonna use it post w/o right? the hca should help with keeping the fat off from the slin as well, but i dont think youll have a prob w/ fat at all.

id also look into green tea, and some Acetyl l-carnitine. people are raving about the results of AlCar green tea and tonalin at 10-15g per day.

how much fat you trying to lose in these 8 wks?

Studies like these also scare me:

Expression of amphetamine-induced behavioral sensitization after short- and long-term withdrawal periods: participation of mu- and delta-opioid receptors.

      Magendzo K, Bustos G.

Laboratory of Biochemical Pharmacology, Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Catholic University of Chile, Alameda 340, PO Box 114-D, Santiago, Chile. kmagendz@genes.bio.puc.cl

Repeated amphetamine administration results in behavioral sensitization, an enduring behavioral transformation expressed after short and long periods of withdrawal. To investigate the participation of the opioid system in amphetamine-induced behavioral sensitization, we studied the effect of naloxone, an opioid receptor antagonist, on the expression of behavioral sensitization tested after short- (2 days) and long-term (14 days) withdrawal periods. In addition, using quantitative competitive RT-PCR, we examined the levels of mu-opioid receptor (MOR) and delta-opioid receptor (DOR) mRNA in the nucleus accumbens shell (NAcSh) and ventral tegmental area (VTA) of behaviorally sensitized rats, at these two withdrawal times. This study showed that whereas naloxone did not modify the expression of behavioral sensitization tested after 2 days of withdrawal, it completely blocked the expression when tested after 14 days of withdrawal. DOR and MOR mRNA levels were not modified in the NAcSh of rats expressing behavioral sensitization after 2 or 14 days of withdrawal. Conversely, DOR and MOR mRNA levels were elevated in the VTA of animals expressing behavioral sensitization after 2 days of withdrawal. However, whereas DOR mRNA returned to control levels, MOR mRNA levels remained elevated in animals expressing behavioral sensitization after 14 days of withdrawal. These results indicate a striking difference between the role played by opioid receptors in the expression of amphetamine-induced behavioral sensitization, when tested after short- or long-term withdrawal periods. In addition, our results support the notion that repeated amphetamine-induced changes in opioid receptor expression may contribute to the perpetuation of psychostimulant abuse and/or relapse

I've had a prescription for adderal for a year now.

i take it maybe maybe 2x per week if i need to study for something major, or am having problems staying awake.

I've never noticed withdrawls from it, even when taking it every day of the week. I notice a huge appetite suppression from it, which is why i generally hate taking it.

I get the 30 mg XR's as well, but i HATE those ... they last way too long, and i'll forget to eat for about a day ...

maybe addiction and withdrawl is a big problems for some people, but i've never seen it ... hell, i gave the rest of mine away this week just because i didn't want ot use it during my finals week ...

ALCAR good for fighting appetite in long term use:

Effects of Long-Term Acetyl-L-Carnitine Administration in Rats-II: Protection Against the Disrupting Effect of Stress on the Acquisition of Appetitive Behavior.

      Masi F, Leggio B, Nanni G, Scheggi S, Graziella De Montis M, Tagliamonte A, Grappi S, Gambarana C.

Long-term acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) administration prevents the development of escape deficit produced by acute exposure to unavoidable stress. However, it does not revert the escape deficit sustained by chronic stress exposure. Rats exposed to chronic stress show a low dopamine (DA) output in the nucleus accumbens shell (NAcS) and do not acquire an appetitive behavior sustained by the earning of vanilla sugar (VS) made contingent on the choice of one of the two divergent arms of a Y-maze (VS-sustained appetitive behavior, VAB), while control rats consistently do. The present study shows that ALCAR treatment in rats exposed to a 7-day stress protocol prevented a decrease in DA output in the NAcS and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) of rats, and that it strengthened the DA response to VS consummation in the same two areas. Moreover, rats treated with long-term ALCAR or exposed to chronic stress while treated with ALCAR acquired VAB as efficiently as control rats. Moreover, VAB acquisition in stressed rats treated with ALCAR coincided with the reversal of the deficits in escape and in dopaminergic transmission in the NAcS. Thus, repeated ALCAR treatment preserved the DA response to VS in chronically stressed rats and this effect appeared to be predictive of the rat's competence to acquire VAB.Neuropsychopharmacology (2003) 28, 683-693. doi:10.1038/sj.npp.1300078
