I think twice a week is best i just gave it a shot for three weeks to see what happened. I think the changes ive noticed is because i was front loading for two weeks. Most likely ill go back to twice a week.

TweetShort esters are good for a jump start imo, but longer esters keep levels fairly consistent too once kicked in. Good discussion and video for sure. Some prefer long esters to avoid becoming a pin cushion, and understandable so.

TweetI wonder if shifting to weekly shots AFTER two months of E3.5D shots would give you the same spikes and dips. You have so much in your system already and are already stabilized to a high level that the spike will be minimal and the dip would also be minimal. After my cut (which starts in about a week) is over and I return to my normal TRT dose, I think I will give it a try and see if I notice a difference physically or emotionally. The cut will be a few months, and then a few months to stabilize back down at normal TRT levels, but I plan on doing it provided I do not forget. Oh, I should add an Outlook reminder!
