Tweetthe bodybuilding benefits of hcg are pretty much basic. it will allow you to keep your nut size while cycling as well as increase your fertility and some sex drive if it gets knocked down a bit. that's pretty much it. i am going to go entirely and completely against the grain with it being used for pct. hcg with further surpress your natural test production so using it in pct is both a waste and will further slow down the process or jump starting. if you are going to use it as a part of your pct then i would do it the last 2 wks or so while your external test is still being used. the most common modern approach of its use is to add 250iu 2x per week during a cycle.
now it being used as a spot reduction fat loss aid is a fad approach. this is and was the huge rage a while back mainly among chicks where they would get hcg injects and then only consume super super low cals like 500. i also dont see it very possible at aiding fat loss in 3 days unless it was pure water. that and a lot of users end up seeing a pretty good surge of estro with hcg due to it's surpressing nature. that in itself will tend to make it harder to loss fat. if i were a betting man it was water loss that the individual saw and not fat loss
myself personally i see a pretty good spike in bp with the use of hcg even at low dose. to me personally since i am not having any more kids i dont have the need to have it in my supp setups. if i want a plus up in nut size i would go with gnrh. and if you are looking for spot reduction in fat loss go with injectable l-carntine. that is going to be far more effective and not mess with either your bp or estro compounding the issue
