      Default deca

      I am getting some deca to test, it is deca 500 mg/ml in 10 ml vials. I am wanting to add it to the test I am currently taking at 500 mg per week. This run will look like this 500 mg test and 250 mg deca per week. I have prami if needed and the adex if needed etc.
      I am getting 3 10 ml vial enough for 30 weeks. Is this to long? How long should I run it? What results should I expect?

      Looks good I have ran deca over a year once u should see nice lean gains and strength

      Depends what your using the Deca for. Deca at 250 is a bit low for adding size but ok for joints (in some cases people say it helps with sore joints). Ideally you want a ratio of 2:1 test vs Deca so your good there. The cycle length is over half a year. That's a very long cycle unless you are shooting for a card and are already in great shape.

      IMO if the goal is to put on some mass... Change the cycle to 700mg Test, 400mg Deca for 12-14 weeks. That's pretty basic. If you have other ideas for the cycle post me up and I can throw out some other suggestions.

      Adex or another AI is always suggested on cycle.

      What I am looking for is 15# to 20# of lean mass and the strength gain along with it

      If that is the goal, then I would lean more to the way I proposed. I think it makes more effective use of the Deca and you will be more inclined to see the results you are looking for. Also you will not need to run it for 30 weeks which your body will thank you for.

      When I was in my late 20s I was a beast in the gym and did well in a few BB contest. At 58 the gains are a lot harder and momentum in the training is lacking for me. This is why I picked an goal I can achieve. I got my BF down to a very acceptable level of course lower is better. Training is ok if I can keep my momentum up. My macros could be better but ok.

      Have you ever used mast dirtwarrior? If you BF is getting low it may be nice to add in there. (Disclaimer, I use mast in all my cycles and love it) For most it's very mild and really gives the muscles a hard look. Just throwing it out there. Definitely not needed, just a bonus.

      ok so we are about the same age, if your blood work is good, i think your cycle is fine, in fact it is a good cycle without being crazy, my cycle is 600 test cyp and 450 deca and i was on almost a year. i am cruising now on 300 test 150 deca. remember deca takes a while to get in your system , i don;t expect anything from it for 6 weeks

      Yeah cruising on 300 test & 150 NPP at moment too, still hell of lean and vascular from competitions and up 15lbs from stage weight, so very happy. Have not had any issues with erections, if fact they are better. Giving body a break and found even test/NPP 2:1 ration is perfect!!! Deca did not do well with me but NPP is a different beast...so that is my choice.

      I do have some mast here. My hair and prostate doesn't like it much but I did look harder on it.
      Deca does take a while to build up in your system but even then I think the gains are slow (I think)

      it just takes so long to hit, your 6 weeks into your run before it is really rolling, well with me anyway. the other thing (with all the nor-19) is it thickens the blood so you need to be donating blood. i think gains with deca are steady but that is just my thoughts

      Yes sr it's about week 6-7 for me when it kicks in so that is why I'll run deca a long time to get the most out of it
