I know you guys will think that this is refuckenkakulous but here is the question anyway

I don wana be huge my cycle is approx 468mgs of sustanon a week (250mgs every 4 days) if I start getting bigger than I like and I start reducing my calories below maintenance will I stop growing??

      If I increase my reps from 12 10 7 6 to 20 15 12 12 will that keep me from growing?

Any educated opinions on this will be greatly appreciated....

IMHO, reduce carbs first and keep protein up.
Stop growing, more like start to redifine and reshape, ie, cut & harden up a little.

Umm, come to think of it, just did this. I was up 12 lbs, and bloated for my taste, did above, two weeks later, up 12 lbs same bf as started cycle.

      good luck

well...if you do a lot of reps your gonna lift less weight.... second when you do a lot of reps with a weight lets say 60-70% of max your muscles have no reason to grow...anyways I would like your opinion on this prolangtum [from your posts that I have read you are well informed]

Yeah increasing reps wont really do anything as far as not growing cuz you will still be stimulating fast twich muscle fibers, unless you go to like 40.

Cutting should be done with diet and cardio. lift like you would to gain muscle, this will allow to you keep muscle.

Keep what got you there. 4-8 reps. 12-15 Youll be hitting all slow twitch fibers, I woudl keep sets low 10 or so per body part, and reps 4-8, lift hard heavy and intense. Dont let up, or you will lose muscle.

Ah, excellent. I do much the same. 16-20 sets, 4-6 reps max, sometimes it creeps down to three on power movements like deadlift and squats.

yeah like keep ur protein at 2 gms/lb , lower ur carbs a lil , ure probly getting like 10 % fats from meat , get some more from flax, olive oil and primrose oil . if u want to cut cals , cut carbs , carbs and more carbs . thats what works best , and i say up the dose a lil and i dare say over train some . quite unlikely to lose muscle on high protein and decent dose of androgens , and use something to control cortisol , even something like 800 mg of phosphatidylserine helps .
