Tweeti know the standard answer is 1 for 1 but i have been on cycle for about a year and their is no way i am taking a year off lol. i figured at least 6 weeks, my cholesterol is good, so i figured in 6 weeks the high doses would be out of my system my cruise is 300 test cyp and 150 deca. only time i use oral's is 3 to 4 weeks before a meet.

TweetNever hurts to get totally off once in a while to let things recalibrate...I prob havent gone more than 6 weeks without in who knows how long but have stopped doing the heavy cycles...now am just cruising all the time
TweetNot long enough.......maybe 8 weeks between mid-heavy cycles. My cycles are never really crazy though. I am due for a nice long cruise just can't seem to slow down.

Tweetgood question. I was on for about a year and a half most recently. With a few cruises mixed in. As of now I have been off since February. It was slow going and discouraging at first, major drops in the gym, mental health and libido, but with time they have normalized. Don't really have a great answer for the amount of time to take off/cruise between but I definitely think it makes sense to do a total detox at some point, unless you've completely comitted to being on trt for perpetuity.
