TweetWhen you say high thyroid, you mean hyper, correct? If so, have they checked your iodine level at all? Also, if hyper, any symptoms of bulging eyes, afib, orlump in the neck/ what did the doc say about this? Was the TSH the only test run?
TweetHey guys I wasn't sure where to post this so if it's the wrong spot feel free to move it. I got blood work done about a month ago because me and my wife are trying to get pregnant, Iv been off AAS for 6 months and on clomid for 5 months maybe lil more and my test level (taken 1 hour after waking) was around 800.. Now that is not my concern but my prolactin was semi high which I'm not worried about either cuz I could be much higher than what it is, what is concerning me is my HIGH Thyroid, do you guys have any idea why it may be high as in from previous AAS use, clomid, or possibly an underlying issue? Iv lost a lot of weight, it's hard to get up in the mornings, and I'm moody... Just some symtoms Iv been having. Thanks for any info

TweetI also recently found out my tyroid is out of wack. Now im not sure if its related to aas use. My father is on meds for it, as is my grandmother. So in my case it may be heredity. Same deal though, weight loss, lethargic. Currently on stynthroid to try and correct it. Hope you narrow it down.
PAIN DON'T HURT
TweetHereditary in my family on both sides to. Just my opinion smalls , but don't rush right into taking synthroid. It is only T4 but is what most docs prescribe and it is effective for some but not for many. I jump from hyper to hypo frequently and have been given synthroid but have been able to manage it by doing other things. Maybe a consult with a Reproductive Endo may be an option if you are still unsuccessful with getting your wife pregnant?
