Tweetit can and is used effectively when done correctly. lots of top tier guys use it to stretch the fascia during the offseason and to give a little bump right before competing. now if it blurs the muscle obviously you didnt do it correctly. literally you may get a half in to an inch or so and it isnt meant to fill your whole arm or whatever up with. these dudes are stupid

TweetA lot of pro BB'rs use it for spot injects but I'm sure at very small amounts just to get things even.But to look like that is def a psychological thing
