I cycled first at 26 and I read up on aas for about five years before then. I had zero access to it so i couldnt stop reading about what compound did what and how it affected you. I loved learning about all of the chemicals and reading over forums helped me so much.

It was harder to do research back in the late 90s, which may have been your problem too, not sure. Now it's easy to research.

dont knock on yourself man. even with all the help and information we have, not to mention people that have done dumb stuff we still have dumb people running around preaching dumb stuff. i know of a couple right now that tell people to run max amounts of various compounds for their first time. not in the 100s of mg but in the thousands. that and he has his wife on more tren than i would suggest a seasoned male to run. so their are still stupid people out there giving out stupid hazardous advice, and people are still following it, even though their is tons of information at their fingertips. hell 10 years ago no one really pct or did any blood work, that's how much further along we have gone
