36 years old this is going to be a 8 week cycle if I do this i will post my eating habits how i feel, gym etc. Am 195 pounds 12% bf at the moment. 36years of age arms 17.5 waist 36 am 5' 5''. am looking to 7% or 8%.
1-8 Test P 100mg/eod
1-8 Mast P 100mg/ eod
1-8 Tren E 100mg/eod
1-3 Tbol 40 mg a day split am pm or dbol low dose
4-8 Winstrol 50 mg Ed split am pm (maybe)
Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD Throughout Cycle, and PCT
Caber @ .5mg Twice Weekly Through out cycle
PCT
clomid 100/75/75/50 or just cruise

TweetTbol will make you sleepy, lethargic.. Dbol will give you some heartburn, acid reflux but if it's a good dbol it's manageable with rums are like product. I loved Tbol but was always sleepy on them!
Tweetif i were in your situation i would roll back in like it was my first time. that way as you readjust to training hard and getting back into it you can get the most out of the least amount possible. then after a little break you can come back in with your strong original base and go crazy. i would say pure basic:
test 5-700 wk
npp 300mg wk or eq at 5-600wk.
pure basic and simple to get the first one back under you belt from the layoff

I agree with guns I wouldn't complicate things with your first run in over a yr. but if you have to bc your getting ready for a show then I would but if not maybe hit some test then run what you have on the next one..
