TweetIve had one nipple operated on as i was taking 5 mgs of dbol when i was 17 lol and i grew a lump. He cut right underneath the nipple and cut the ball and gland out. Some o fmy nipple turned a darker color, its the nerve your doc has to watch for as that nipple i had operated on is not sensitive i can barely feel anything. I also think that there is a risk of killing the nipple as well. But my nipple looks great never had gyno there before. Reason i know is because the one that did not get operated on get swollen up and very uncomfortable at times when im juicing Hope this helps.
